What is BilinkPay?

BilinkPay is a UK-regulated fintech app bridging Asian communities to global finance. It offers bilingual payment services in English and Mandarin, virtual Mastercard, FX transfers (GBP ⇄ CNY and more), multi-currency wallets — all in one app.

Who can open a BilinkPay account?

Anyone with legal residency in the UK can apply — including immigrants, international students, and business professionals. You just need a valid passport or UK visa to get started.

Is BilinkPay regulated?

BilinkPay is not itself a regulated financial services provider. Payment services are provided by Equals Money Plc (FCA FRN 488396). Card issuance and e-money services are provided by Equals Money International Limited (FCA FRN 900493). BilinkPay acts as a programme partner and distributor of these regulated services.

When is the app launching?

BilinkPay is currently in final testing and regulatory review. Register your interest at bilinkpay.com and you'll be notified the moment the app goes live.

What currencies does BilinkPay support?

BilinkPay supports GBP and EUR balances in a single multi-currency account. FX transfers are available to CNY and other major currencies at transparent, real-time exchange rates.

Is my money safe with BilinkPay?

Your funds are safeguarded by Equals Money International Limited in accordance with the UK Payment Services Regulations (PSRs), held in dedicated accounts separate from company funds. Note: The money in the payment accounts held with Equals Money International Limited is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Instead, your money is protected via a safeguarding method in accordance with the Payment Services Regulations / E-money Regulations. Your money is held in specially designated, safeguarded bank accounts with Tier 1 banks, and is kept separate from our own funds.
