What is BilinkPay?

BilinkPay is a UK-regulated fintech app that provides bilingual banking services for Asian communities. It offers virtual and physical Mastercards, FX transfers, multi-currency wallets (GBP & EUR), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and QR payments — all in one app.

Who can open a BilinkPay account?

Anyone with legal residency in the UK can apply — including immigrants, international students, and business owners. All you need is a passport or valid visa to get started.

Is BilinkPay regulated?

Yes. Cards and payment services are issued by Equals Money International Limited, authorised as an Electronic Money Institution by the FCA (FRN 900493). BilinkPay operates under a partnership programme with Equals Money.

When is the app launching?

BilinkPay is currently in its final stages of testing and regulatory review. Register your interest on this page and you'll be notified the moment the app goes live.

What currencies does BilinkPay support?

BilinkPay supports GBP and EUR balances in one account, with FX transfers to and from CNY and other major currencies at transparent, real-time exchange rates.

Is my money safe with BilinkPay?

Your funds are safeguarded in accordance with UK Payment Services Regulations (PSRs) by Equals Money International Limited. Please note BilinkPay is not a bank and funds are not covered by the FSCS deposit scheme.
